The Sri Lanka National Commission for UNESCO successfully conducted the launch of the Sinhala translation of the Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Resource Book, “Think Critically and Click Wisely,” together with training sessions for teachers and students on 23 June 2026 at the Main Auditorium of Maliyadeva Girls’ College, Kurunegala. The programme aimed to enhance media and information literacy competencies among teachers and students, empowering them to critically evaluate information, navigate digital platforms responsibly, and make informed decisions in an increasingly complex information environment.
